Frequently Asked Questions

Is postage included in the price?

Yes, postage is included in the price for UK addresses. Please see below if you live outside of the UK

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but this costs extra. The prices listed on the site only include UK delivery so I will be in touch with you after you place the order to let you know how much this will be. You may also be charged customs taxes or duties to receive the delivery, you will be fully responsible for this.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will normally arrive within 3-5 working days. The larger paintings (bigger than 90 x 90 cm) can be tricky to package and post, so I appreciate your patience with these as they may take a bit longer to ship. If any unexpected circumstances mean your order will arrive later than 3-5 days, I will get in touch to let you know.

How will my order be packaged?

I use a combination of bubble wrap, packing foam and cling film to protect the canvas surface and then corrugated cardboard to form a protective layer on the outside. I am committed to sustainability and protecting our beautiful planet, so where possible I recycle and reuse packing materials.

How do you use and store my data?

Please read the privacy policy.

Can I return a painting I've bought?

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you aren't, please get in touch by emailing kerobotham@gmail.com or via the contact button. We aim to reply within 5 days and resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If we cannot resolve the issue, you are entitled to return the painting and receive a refund, this must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the painting, and we must receive the painting in the same condition in which it was received by you. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs.

For more details about returns please see the terms and conditions of sale.

Can I commission a piece from you?

I am available for commission, although whether or not I accept it will depend on the request and what other projects I currently have on. Please don't hesitate to get in touch to discuss this. Email me at kerobotham@gmail.com or via the contact tab.

How much does a commission cost?

The cost of a commission will depend on the size and nature of the work. A commission will cost at least 25% more than pieces of a similar size being sold on this site due to the bespoke nature. Prices for commissions start at £500.

How long does a commission take?

A commission can take as little as 2 weeks or up to several months depending on the scale of the project and what other projects I currently have on.

How can I stay in touch with and keep updated?

Scroll down to follow me on Instagram to see my latest work and exhibitions. I will be starting a mailing list in the near future, so come back soon or email kerobotham@gmail.com to sign up.

How do you price your works?

I calculate the price for my paintings by adding up the materials costs plus an hourly rate times by how long the piece has taken me to develop and create. In addition to this postage, packaging and insurance are added, plus a tax and a profit margin.

Why do artworks cost so much?

All of my paintings are hand-produced and completely original and cannot be compared with mass-produced products. They are one of a kind and their production is of the highest standard. Premium hand-crafted, professional products deserve a fair price.

Can I come and visit your studio?

Yes, if you would like to view any of the paintings in person before purchasing, please contact me via the contact tab to arrange a London studio visit (Walthamstow, East London).
If you would like to see the works in further detail but are unable to attend a studio viewing, please contact me via the contact tab to arrange a video viewing (live or pre-recorded).
